Missouri Basement was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish! The quoting process was great, Nathan was very thorough and explained how the window installation process would work and even got the job scheduled a month earlier than expected! We were having our home renovated and we discovered water under the foundation and some cracks on the wall as well. Nathan from Missouri Basement was nothing but spectacular! He was able to get us taken care of immediately in order not to interrupt our renovation schedule. And a month later, when we discovered another crack behind the drywall, he was able to accommodate us within the same week as well, knowing that we were on a time crunch with renovations. We had several companies come out to address some foundational concerns and Missouri Basement was by far the most reasonable and professional! We ended up adding on some waterproofing services in addition to our egress window and carbon fiber stabilization and their guys did an excellent job! Everyone was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful when we had questions. When we had some newly-discovered water issues (prior to them starting the stabilization work) they were so caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company! Missouri Basement finished installing Waterproofing - and Sump pump/pit in our 117 yr old house in St. Charles. Nathan Adams was great to work with. He was super responsive to my emailed questions prior to the installation. He was right on time for his appointment to provide us with an estimate for the work. And the most competitive estimate we received. The crew showed up promptly on the day schedule for the installation. The foreman was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They worked extremely hard and completed the job in 2 days as promised. I was very impressed with their work and clean up after the job was complete. Mo Basement installed an egress window as a sub contractor for a basement refinish my company was doing. Very professional from the initial meeting to the final of the install. At the time of the install, we were experiencing dry weather, they came back after a period of heavy rain and fixed any areas where the soil had settled....as a contractor, that is top notch service in my book! Would recommend them for this type of project.

When the time arrived to do the work they were friendly and professional. They explained all the work they were going to do and why it was necessary to perform that work. Nate and his crew were very helpful in the sale and purchase of a home offered by Offerpad. The realty company wouldn’t do any of the repairs. Nate went over gave us a bid with structural engineering information to support his recommendations and we were able to have them paid at closing fans they performed the work promptly after closing. I reached out to Missouri Basement in February 2023 regarding water entering my house from the patio and Nathan quickly came out to do an estimate. The original agreed upon plan was to install a sump pump interior drainage system in the room. In March, when the team came to the house to start the work, it was determined that the interior drainage system would not work due to how the original room was constructed. A few weeks later, on March 31, 2023 Nathan came back out and stated he believed a French drain in the patio would solve the issue, and would use the deposit that had already been paid for the trench to begin work on the French drain. In mid April, the French drain was installed into the patio, but the next time it rained, in early May, the room still had water leaking in. I reached out to Nathan on May 8, 2023 stating the original problem has not been resolved. He emailed me back stating he would reach out the next day with a new plan. As of August 23, 2023, I have still not heard back, nor have Nathan or Missouri Basement responded to any of my phone calls or emails regarding the status of the new plan. I am very disappointed they have not followed through on reaching back out or responding to my attempted phone calls or emails after their initial solutions did not work and cannot recommend this company based on lack of communication and professionalism.

Nathan came to my house for a free estimate. House is 100+ years old. I had concerns about some cracks. He gave me candid feedback that he didn’t detect foundational issues and suggested having someone seal the hairline cracks on front porch and on basement floor. I have had Missouri basement out to my house to put in drain tile and I am also a contractor that follows their work after they are done and puts everything back together. They are very punctual and always keep to their schedule. When the guys are done with their work they always leave the job sites clean. We could not be happier with the service we received from Missouri Basement. As much as I didn't want to hear "you have a hidden crack at the other end of the wall" of our finished basement, I'm so glad that Nathan convinced us to tear out the opposite end. When we did, we found a second diagonal crack mirroring the first. We were unaware that it had been leaking and causing damage. His impressive knowledge and calming reassurance was most welcome during the process. The workmen were on time, did a very neat, meticulous repair, completed the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and did so at a reasonable price. Now we can confidently put our walls back together and install new carpet. If we ever have another foundation issue, we'll call Missouri Basement. Thanks Nathan!

I used Missouri Basement Systems to install an egress window and fix a drain tile problem. Everyone from the company from sales through accounting is very knowledgeable and courteous. They were very mindful to make sure they didn’t disrupt any other services or pipes to the house. The crew also did a great job keeping the area clean. Despite jackhammering up concrete and cutting through the foundation wall, there was little to no dust and no mess tracked throughout the house. My landscaping was also put back where it was and looks great!

They did good work. As far as I know. I wasn't here when they did it. But the reason why I want to leave a review is because the company took down shelving in my house. And didn't bother to put it back up. Also the company had to dig in my yard to put in anchor support for the damaged Foundation they repaired. some of my garden wall ended up failing because of a singk hole that came from earth settling .It didn't get fixed.it's strange that a company would alter property and not bother to fix it and or leave it as it was before they started doing the work

Missouri Basement did work on our home before we bought it. Shorty after moving in we discovered water leakage. Nathan came out right away to look at it. The previous owner was instructed that some water had to be drained away from the home or this issue would persist.

Missouri Basement is a small family owned professional company. They were quick and diligent in getting the carbon fibers on my cinder block basement wall. They did leave a small puddle of apoxy-like substance in the concrete floor of the basement making it look like it's always wet. The workers were respectful of the main floor of the home and cleaned up any muddy tracks off the floor while working. Overall a very positive experience with Missouri Basement and would highly recommend them.

Todd and crew were great. They were friendly, showed up on time, did great work, and everything went as expected. Installed 7 (if I remember correctly) piers to stop my house from sinking into the ground. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future jobs.

They did pretty decent work. As far as I know. I wasn't here when they did it. But the reason why I want to leave a review is because the company took down shelving in my house. And didn't bother to put it back up. Also the company had to dig in my yard to put in support for the damaged Foundation. They damaged some of my garden retrieving walls. Where the ground actually sunk in like a sinkhole. And I didn't get fixed either. Give me it's strange that it company would damage your property and not bother to fix it and or leave it as it was before they started doing the work

We had foundation cracks the entire perimeter of our basement in two locations due to rebar rusting. Nathan, was fast to get out and give us a bid. He knew we were getting other bids, and really wanted to get in and fix our problem correctly and with the right products. His pricing was competitive and I feel confident that we got a really good price considering all of the cracks we had. We got 5 bids and Nathan surpassed them all, with how he was going to fix the problem without over fixing it, and how quickly he could get his guys out to complete the job. Andy did the work and he was extremely efficient. This job was supposed to take 4 solid days to complete and he got it done in 3. He is fast and does excellent work. He even cleans up after himself, which as a mom, I appreciate! Andy also took the time to explain the process to me, and how their products work. I am so pleased with this company, I look forward to referring them to anyone I know.

The guys at Missouri basement are very polite and professional . from the time nathan came out to give an estimate on the cracks in our foundation to the guy who did the repair everything went smoothly, not use to people showing up on time and cleaning up after the job was completed. I had cracks in my foundation that needs epoxy injections and hydro channel installed. The entire process was explained thoroughly and The estimate I received from Missouri Basement was the most reasonable around and the quality of their work was impeccable!! I can’t say enough about this company, they are the only foundation repair company I will use!

Such an awesome company and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into the more expensive option if I didn't need it - which is much appreciated. Todd is so amazing and understable especially with everything I went through with insurance and Roto-Rooter ruining my basement. Missouri Basement is the only Foundation Repair Company that I will use personally or recommend for my clients to use. As a Realtor I only use Todd and his crew to help my clients. He is professional and always does excellent work. His work is guaranteed and warrantied which is so important in home sales and purchases. This company does such great work that Todd has crew members coming to him from “not so reputable “ companies asking to work for Missouri Basement. I am very happy with choosing this company. They came in and did what they said and didn’t leave a mess! Nathan is who came out originally to give me a quote and diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable and gave me different options on ways to fix the issue. When we had the problem uncovered and figured out he told me exactly what needed to happen and didn’t try to over sell me on unnecessary work. I found Missouri Basement through the Better Business Bureau’s Website. I heard from Nathan Adams very shortly after submitting my request for an estimate on work that involved basement repairs and a sagging front porch. I can’t say enough good things about the responsiveness, promptness, and completeness of the work. Any questions I had were answered along the way, and the pricing was fair for the work done. Follow-up was completed in good time, and if I ever need basement work in the future, I’ll be calling Missouri Basement again!

I can not say enough about Todd and the team that did the work at our house.
My husband and I bought a home in March that we knew had a foundation issue. To our surprise it was way worse than we thought.
Prior to finding Missouri Basement I had contacted a few other companies and they all told me that there was no real issue and the house would be fine. 6 months after moving in and renovating the entire house, new cracks appeared.
I called Nathan at Missouri Basement and he came right over. Nathan informed me that the back of our house was sinking due to the dry weather we had and no rain. I knew he was correct, the floor had a huge slope that was never there before.
I hired Missouri Basement and they were able to take care of the problem with extreme professionalism. After the piercing the back of the house and the walls being secured everything is perfect.

Dave and Todd (and team) were great. I had a leaky basement from somebody else's shoddy work that they were able to correct in about a half-day's work. The job site was super clean when they were done and the few minor issues that were noted at the end were resolved without issue or complaint. It has been a few weeks and several heavy rain storms and we are still dry inside. So glad I chose to add the battery backup as we have had a couple of power outages associated with the rain events and I can only imagine what could have happened without it. Thanks guys and while I hope I don't need to see you again anytime soon, I wouldn't hesitate to call you again if I needed to and will recommend you to anybody who asks.
